About
I teach leadership, organisational behaviour and entrepreneurship to MBA students at JNTUH in Hyderabad, and I coach the people those classrooms eventually become: managers, founders and professionals standing at the edge of their next chapter.
I've trained managers at BHEL, designed HR policy for startups, guided more than 400 MBA projects and published over 60 research articles. I edited an Elsevier international conference proceedings on training and development. I founded Life-by-Design Coaching and Santoshi Innoventure, and I write The Human Margin.
What I've learned across all of it: people rarely lack knowledge. They lack a clear next step and someone honest enough to say what's in the way.
